Among the advantages of YACG:1. It uses much less server space, and the caching is done more effectively too (this means faster loading times as well as less physical space used on our web servers)2. YACG was built with footprint hiding in mind, it leaves much less of a trace.
3. YACG has many content modules that far surpass RSSGM’s, meaning that you don’t have to pay for a content creator.
4. YACG is a lot newer, and this is really important in the portal business
5. YACG has a pretty cool error report feature in it. If your pages aren’t generating, you can turn this option on and it tells you what the problem is. A real lifesaver!
6. Experienced builders are recommending YACG. Poke around a bit in this forum and you’ll see what I mean.
